I work with business owners who are looking to improve their business model, proposition, impact, inclusion and profitability.
My work as a Business Strategist means I enjoy supporting start-ups and existing businesses to be the best they can be. Together we co-design ways to improve your enterprise, its profitability and most of all, your health and wellbeing as a business owner.
I also like to work with and for people who experience and understand the world differently.
I enjoy working as an Inclusion Consultant, with particular interests in promoting inclusive business culture, environment design, learning, event production, plus sensory management in place-making.
I enjoy working with neurodivergent university students and professionals.
I work as a Study Skills and Specialist Mentor in Further and Higher Education, as well as in a professional setting, supporting students and professionals with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and a variety of mental health issues.
I like to give back: Somewhere and Cairngorms Pride work
Somewhere is an award-winning CIC championing Scotland's LGBTQ+ community through culture and enterprise. In the last five years, we have become Scotland's favourite quarterly LGBTQ+ magazine, Somewhere: For Us, and our successful Rainbow Enterprise Network continues to connect up Scotland's queer and ally businesses.
I am also Co-Founder and Co-Director of the new Cairngorms Pride CIC championing queerness in people and planet.
