Based in the Cairngorms

I enjoy working as an Inclusion Consultant, with particular interests in promoting inclusive business culture, environment design, learning, event production, plus sensory management in place-making.
I work as a Neurodiversity Coach and Specialist Mentor in Further and Higher Education, as well as in a professional settings, supporting students and professionals with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and a variety of mental health issues.
My work as a Business Strategist means I enjoy supporting start-ups and existing businesses to be the best they can be. Together we co-design ways to improve your enterprise, its profitability and most of all, your health and wellbeing as a business owner.

I am an emerging neurodivergent artist using pigment inks and acrylic to produce immersive monochromatic 3D art on canvas and paper.
I enjoy creating highly-detailed intuitive work focusing on organic forms and instinctive pattern-making, made possible through unconscious repetition and meditation. My art practice helps me to express myself and to manage my own wellbeing, as it restores my internal sensory regulation, giving me an experience of stillness, deep patience and a suspension of time.
